Refunds

Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you were charged after you believe you cancelled, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Free products
Products marked as “Free” do not involve any monetary transaction and therefore are not subject to refunds.

Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. Purchases made through a third-party platform (e.g., Chrome Web Store) are governed by that platform's own refund policy.
