Do the paid tools offer a free trial?
Each paid extension ships with a limited free mode so you can test the workflow end-to-end before deciding to upgrade.
How does billing work?
We bill per tool, either as a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time directly from your Chrome Web Store account.
What is your refund policy?
If a tool does not do what you expected within the first 14 days, write to us at info@kobaltstack.com and we will refund you, no questions asked.
Do you offer team or bulk licenses?
Yes. For five or more seats on any paid tool we arrange custom invoicing and a single admin panel for the team.
Where is my data processed?
All conversion and processing happens in your browser. We do not upload your files to any server and we do not store conversation content.
Can I install the free tools without an account?
Always. Free tools run entirely offline after install and never ask for sign-up.
